Facilities, equipment, and capabilities

Our workshop is equipped with exceptional production capabilities such as:

 Vertical Lathes up to 400 tons and 20 meters diameter
Horizontal Lathe up to 150 tons and Ø7,9 m x 18 m length

CITIC CENSA specializes in heavy-duty metal fabrication works, using state-of-the-art CNC machines with high quality and strict tolerance results.

 Milling-boring Machines up to 21 m X 7 m

Our warehouse holds over 70,000 square metres of space, 40,000 of which are under roof and crane hook.

Our facility is located 20 km away from Vigo Port.  
Main Assembly Bay Dimensions: 340m L x 33 m W.
 Lifting Capacity (one piece): 400 TONS, 16 m under hook.

TUNNEL BORING MACHINE

As a result of our diverse manufacturing capabilities, our highly trained personnel have become increasingly involved in the production of components for tunnel boring machines. A tunnel boring machine (TBM) is a piece of equipment designed to bore circular tunnels through dense hard rock, relatively soft sand, or any substrate of hardness between the two.
